Akeem just remodeled the entire inside of my home. From tearing out the wall between our kitchen and living room, an entire new kitchen with an island and appliances, three bathrooms newly tiled and custom done, all new floors, new lighting throughout the house, paint, electrical work, and all new doors and fixtures. We gave him three months to do and he completed it all in half the time! He has excellent taste and the customer service for this company is impeccable! I love my new (old) home! I am a semi-retired building contractor who owned his own building business in California for about 33 years. I recently moved to Colorado back in July of 2016. I was so impressed with the high end finish work and the overall great craftsmanship of the house that I bought a home from Black Oak Homes which is owned and managed by Mr. Akeem Sereki without even flying out to look at the house in person. I am in my mid sixties and yes for the first time in my life I bought a new house without looking at it live and in person. This is my 5th house I have owned and especially being a building contractor myself I typically would never buy a home which is our biggest major purchase we all make without seeing it first, but in this case I did and when I saw the home in person that Mr Sereki and his staff at Black Oak Homes built for me I sure was glad that I made the decision to buy a home from Akeem without seeing it first. When I saw the pictures and the virtual reality tour of the house I knew by the details and the features of the home such as granite slab counters throughout the kitchen and bath vanities, brushed nickel plumbing and lighting fixtures throughout, custom tile work in master and guest baths, all things that you would normally only find in custom built homes Akeem includes them in all his custom home packages. As I stated earlier I knew by the pictures of the home that Black Oak Homes built that it was built rock solid and with all the custom homes features at an affordable price. Akeem and his staff have been a pleasure to deal with from the moment I signed the contract to the closing and even the customer service now that I am moved in has been great. Its the best recommendation that I can give to a fellow building contractor. I am very detail oriented and I spot everything in a house, but I was so happy with my decision to buy a home from Black Oak in Falcon that I have recommended Black Oak Homes to several of my friends who are thinking about moving out here. We bought a Black Oak home on Gelbvieh Rd. in Falcon. The builder was very attentive to our needs and wanted us to be happy with all of the features of the home. I feel that they take the time to get everything perfect before you move in, and even after you move in should something need attention. Unlike the many “cookie cutter” houses that are often built by other builders, I feel that this company is more customized and considers the preferences of the buyer throughout the process. We love our house!

Black Oak Homes installed a sliding glass door, flooring, and did general construction on my rental property. The work was completed in a timely fashion and the work was outstanding. Randy paid attention to details and was very clean. He did an outstanding job and I would recommend Black Oak Homes for all your general construction/repair needs.

Black Oak Homes were absolutely amazing, they replaced my roof after the hail storm on July 2016. They were always following up with us and the entire experience was extremely positive and so easy to work with. The price and quality of the work they did was unbeatable. The guys was very respectful and did excellent clean up, I see others company around our neighbor that left many trash around but Black Oak Homes did tremendous clean up.
